Child Abuse Treatment Program

A Community-Based Program Committed to Child Protection, Prevention, and Recovery Family Integration and Preservation

The Victim and Family Component is committed to the recovery of child and adult victims of trauma through the provision of comprehensive services. In addition to the child protective and legal interventions of the System, the Institute provides intensive systemic evaluation, psycho-educational programs, and treatment services that include individual, dyadic, parental, family, group, experiential, and special needs treatment for victims and their families. The Hendricks County Child Abuse Treatment Project, funded in part through a Indiana Criminal Justice Institute/Victims of Crime Act grant, has won two Governor's Exemplary Project Awards for overall program success.
