12:30 p.m. - 50/50 Putting Contest
1:00 p.m. - Shotgun Start
5:30 p.m. - Awards & Silent Auction Closes
All Auction and Outing Proceeds Benefit the Indianapolis Institute for Families.
Please Note: If West-Chase Golf Club cancels golf on the day of the outing due to inclement weather, the lunch and auction will be held as planned and rain checks will be issued for golf and cart fee. There will be no refunds.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Hole in One - $2500.00
(Includes: 8 golfers, one tee sponsorship at contest par 3 hole, logo and link on tournament website, logo on golf shirts, name recognition during lunch, 8 tickets to Wine and Tapas event.)
Eagle - $1250.00
(Includes: 4 golfers, one tee sponsorship at contest par 3 hole, logo and link on tournament website, name recognition during lunch, 4 tickets to Wine and Tapas event.)
Birdie - $650.00
(Includes: 4 golfers, one tee sponsorship, recognition as a birdie sponsor, 2 tickets to Wine and Tapas event.)
Par - $250.00
(Includes: One hole sponsorship, one tee sponsorship, recognition as a Par sponsor.)
