Juvenile Sexual Offender & Sexually Reactive Youth Program
The Juvenile Sexual Offender & Sexually Reactive Youth Program is committed to minimizing the risk of re-offense among adolescent, non-violent first-time offenders and sexually reactive youth (7-12 years), and preventing further development of offense processes into adulthood. The Program is designed as the least restrictive alternative to residential treatment and/or secure confinement for adolescent offenders and sexually reactive youth who can be managed safely in community-based programming. Comprehensive and collaborative, the program addresses emotional, behavioral, social, moral, and sexual development of the offender and the family through assessment, treatment, education, and experiential processes. Recovery, prevention, and re-development are facilitated through treatment and family and multi-agency support and supervision.
